• Led the full decommissioning of the legacy goals module, removing orphaned routes/controllers/scripts/database artifacts while preserving CI and migration stability.
• Fixed critical review/reporting inconsistencies (import-related duplication, identifier/job-role mismatches), improving data trust for HR decision-making.
• Optimized feedback pipelines with batch retrieval and refactored moderation logic to token matching, reducing false positives and improving user experience.

• Led a major refactor of the surgery scheduling module, improving the Surgery Map/Schedule, adding operating room reservation capabilities, and implementing a cancellation flow with mandatory justification and proper auditing.
